Shelton Striders Cross Country Sunday 7th December

A sunny but chilly morning greeted those who attended this race. The two lap course was entertaining with sections in the sun being soft but areas in the shade were frosty and rock hard! Thanks to Steve M for the pics.

Another first place for Nigel as he finishes over two minutes ahead of the second place runner!

Having carried a picnic bench all the way round, Phil finally lets it go as he sprints for the finish!		A hair raising experience for June as she careers down the hill!
