Photographs
from the Langton 7.5 Sunday 20th July 2003
Another hot sunny day
this time saw a good turn out of Striders at Langton. A downhill
start tempted a few into going slightly too fast in the first mile.
Luckily, the second mile was quite flat. In fact, the course was
'flatish'.......until the last half mile which was all uphill. The
organisers were spot on when they said "it has a sting in the
tail"!
An interesting feature
of this years race was the ladies start being ten minutes before
the mens. This gave some men the perfect excuse to chase the ladies!

Finishing
in an excellent 20th position overall, Andy was the first
Strider to sample the delights of the hill!

In
keeping with his 'fast boy' image, Dave was second Strider.
