Club Nights

All Striders sessions can be booked using the Spond app - click here to download it for free or visit the App Store on your phone. You will need to set up your own profile and input the code 'RTIHC' when prompted to be able to view and book onto sessions.


Quality training sessions

We organise a range of quality training sessions, all normally led by a trained run leader.

These include regular sessions as follows:

  • Hill sessions (several variants and locations)

  • Fartlek sprint sessions

  • Paarlaufs

  • Banana reps
