Club Nights

All Striders sessions can be booked using the Spond app - click here to download it for free or visit the App Store on your phone. You will need to set up your own profile and input the code 'RTIHC' when prompted to be able to view and book onto sessions.



Quality training sessions - Tuesday's 6.30pm
We organise a range of quality training sessions, all normally led by a trained run leader.

These include regular sessions such as:

Hill sessions (several variants and locations)
Fartlek sprint sessions
Paarlaufs
Banana reps

Club and social runs
Monday evenings socials (6pm)
This is a social run organised by club members, that runs from different locations each week, ending at a pub or café to socialise. We have gentle paced groups, as well as some who want to run a little faster. Plenty of re-groups!
Distance is approx 3-5 miles (often with options).

Thursday evenings (6.45pm)
Several run leaders will split the group into different paced sub-groups. Runs are normally over a distance of between 5 and 7 miles.

Sunday morning socials
Another social run organised by club members, often ending at a cafe. A variety of paces and distances.

We organise a range of social events, both to support our Charity of the Year and also to enjoy ourselves away from the serious business of running!
