We'd love to get Desford Flyers and children of Desford Striders, involved with the club 30th Anniversary celebrations next year. So we have a competition which is open to all under 15's - draw a piece of artwork to be displayed at Sport in Desford, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Desford Striders running club. Entries can be done using paints, pastels, acrylics, pens, pencils - use of photos within the artwork is also ok. The artwork theme should involve running, and friendships, and use of the club colours red and blue would be great.
To Enter : Please email a photo of your artwork by midday January 14th 2021, to dsrc.inform@gmail.com with the heading 30 years competition, and don’t forget to tell us your name and age. Please also keep the original artwork safe after you've emailed it to us.
The winner will receive a £50 gift card of their choice!!! And there will also be some spot prizes :) The winning artwork will also be displayed at Sport In Desford, alongside some quotes from members about why running at the club is important to them.
