Get yourselves out for a run, or fast walk, for 30 minutes every day
Some of you may be doing this on your own but that doesn’t mean you are alone! Why not video call a fellow strider and have a chat whilst your out, or post photos and comments on this post letting us all know how you’re getting on. If you’re lacking motivation then let us know and we’ll try and help get you out the door. This will hopefully be a great way to keep you fit but also virtually social
